NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received for the procurement of Electronics including: Rugged computers, Wearable’s, Office Communications on behalf of Eagle County Paramedics Service (Principal Procurement Agency) and Savvik Buying Group (Contract Administrator). To obtain a copy of the Request for Bids (RFB), please contact Cindy Sobania at 1-888-603-4426 or send an email request to office@savvik.org.  Sealed bids must be received in the office of Savvik Buying Group, 2800 7th St N, St. Cloud, MN 56303, prior to 11:00 AM CST on Monday, July 31, 2017.  Bids may be submitted by email or in hard copy form per instructions in RFB.  Bids will be opened at 1:00 PM CST, Monday, July 31, 2017 at the above location.  The Savvik Buying Group reserves the right to reject any or all bids.  No bid may be withdrawn within 30 days of submission.  Bids must be on the basis of cash payment for work and accompanied by a cash deposit, certified check (on a responsible bank in the State of Minnesota), or a bidder’s bond made payable without conditions to Savvik Buying Group in an amount of $1,000.00.
